Finally able to upload to my blog again.

Sunflowers - such happy flowers. These are growing in a back yard on the way to work.  I bike past them daily, yet didn't stop to love them - or even really notice them until on a Saturday ride, last weekend.  Slow down and love the gifts of creation!

This is the September morning
When Summer chooses to sleep late

And Autumn rises early,
Peeking through trees
Making air visible
With misty gifts of sunlight.

When you zoom in on the center of the flower, there is a ring of tiny flower-like parts in the middle. Flowers within a flower.
